Ms. Pallavi is a promising young talent who completed her schooling up to A/L at J/Uduthurai Maha Vidyalayam, the sole I-AB school in the Vadamaradchy East Division, which is recognized as one of the most underprivileged regions in the entire country.

Pallavi has been identified and referred by Visions for enrollment in the "Coding Accelerator Programme" offered at Uki Coding School, a part of Yarl IT Hub. This program not only equips her with IT development skills but also provides training in basic business skills, spoken English, and communication skills. It also offers guidance and assistance in job search upon program completion. Her strong knowledge and skills in the Information Technology sector have made her an ideal candidate for this opportunity.

Pallavi approached Visions with a request for externship support, and after an interview to assess her interests in Administration, Accounts, and IT functions, she has been welcomed into the Visions team.
