Mr. N. Theivendrarajah is the first President of Visions Global Empowerment Sri Lanka. As a retired Zonal Director for Education, he is an experienced person with a proven record of accomplishment in leading government offices for 29 years and implementing many aspects in the fields of education and educational management. He completed a B.Sc in Physical Science from the University of Peradeniya in 1986 and a Masters in Education from University of Jaffna in 2005.

He served as a Teacher, Principal, Assistant Director of Education and Zonal Director of Education with many schools and Zonal Education Offices and made a significant contribution towards the educational development in the Northern Province. He has facilitated many trainings and workshops on professional guidance to training academic staff, teachers and principals in aligning with the national goals of education. He is well-known for his accomplishments in the field of education in the country. He has served/is serving as an advisor/patron to many government or private institutions as well.
