Antony Jeevarathinam Mayuran is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Visions Global Empowerment in Sri Lanka. He has completed his M.Phil in Social Work from University of Madras, with M.A in School Work and a B.Sc in Chemistry degree.

He participated in the UNHCR conference in Geneva twice and made a submission on Sri Lankan refugees in India and their durable solutions. He is also a Post Graduate Diploma holder in Conflict transformation, Peace Building and Inter-Faith Relationships (Henry Martyn Institute, Hyderabad, 2006-2007) and has Sound Experience in conflict transformation and peace building work with different violent-hit communities.

He has engaged in Social Work practice for over a period of 15 years with managing humanitarian projects in India and Sri Lanka. He is a comprehensive and well experienced Programme Manager who convert project & strategic plans into workable solutions and ensure standard performance against key set targets/goals. He had the experience of serving as a visiting faculty member to Department of Social Work at Loyola College, Chennai. He is an experienced and successful writer with quality language. He possesses excellent knowledge and experience on social research and statistical analysis. He has made few publications in international platforms including Oxford University and been part of several interviews on refugees and their durable solutions.
