Ms. Keethanchali Panneerselvam holds the position of Training Coordinator for the Thenmaradchy Zone. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Archaeology with first-class honors from the University of Jaffna. Following her graduation, she served as a Temporary Assistant Lecturer in the Department of History for a duration of 12 months.

A native of the Thenmaradchy Zone, Ms.Panneerselvam has a history of assuming various leadership roles throughout her academic journey. Notably, she served as the Secretary of the Archaeological Circle at the University of Jaffna, an organization dedicated to conducting archaeological research and promoting cultural heritage. Her undergraduate dissertation focused on "Documentation of Village-Based Worshiping in the Thenmaradchy Region," yielding significant findings.

Post-graduation, she has remained dedicated to enhancing the education of students in her village, offering additional classes to prepare them for advanced-level exams. She also volunteered within her community, spearheading the establishment of a sports club and playing a pivotal role as Secretary. Her efforts have been instrumental in fostering a culture of sports and games among the local youth.

Ms. Panneerselvam is characterized by her passion for continuous learning and her enthusiasm for exploring new avenues that contribute to her personal and professional growth. She has received extensive training in leadership from various institutions.
