D. Pravtha is an M.Phil Graduate in Mathematics from Bharathidasan University, Trichy, India. She possess two and half years of experience in teaching as Teaching & Research Assistant and Assistant Professor in Engineering and Arts Colleges in Tamil Nadu. She had a proven experience as a Maths Lecturer and has thorough understanding of best practices in teaching. She has excellent verbal and written communication skills, is organized and flexible disposition with outstanding interpersonal skills.

She has a very good understanding of human resource development. According to her, human resource building will transform individuals as resourceful persons with improved personalities with more awareness and realization of their skills and talents to contribute towards the better future of the country. According to her, an active global citizen is someone who is aware of and understands the wider world and their place in it — they are citizens of the world. They take an active role in their community and work with others to make our planet more peaceful, sustainable and fairer. Therefore, there is a need for skill building programmes for the youth.
